Would you please provide us with more information about the Sudanese who settled in the West Bank after 1948. I haven't read any refernce to Sudanese volunteers who settled in Palestine. I used to talk with our neighbour in Alhashmab Omdurman, the late Ustaz Shawgi Alasad, a leader of the Sudanese volunteers in the war of 1948, he never mentioned any reference to Sudanese who settled there after the war. If your refer to the desendants of the pilgrims to Jerusalem from Sudan, and west Africa this would be a different story
ظلوا الفلسطينين السود مهمشين ومضطهدين ومظلومين.
Indeed racism, sexism, classism exist in Sudan, and the Arab countries. I found sweep generalization in your above statement about the Palestinians. Like you, I have been around Palestinians most of my life inside Sudan, the Middle East, Europe, and America.. As a result of their plight, human tragedy, and exploitation by all parties, Palestinian society is more open society, less tribal, ethnic, or racial than Sudan , or Jordan. The problems of sexism, regionalism, classism, and recently religious affilation are more pressuring in the West Bank, and Gaza strip, than race, ethnicity, or tribe. Among the notable Palestinians of African descendants al- Burnawi families with their daughter Fatima al- Burnawi , a famous Palestinian prisoner, and a leader in Fatah
